| The Shrimad Rajchandra Seva Kendra is a not- for-profit, secular, public charitable trust recognized by the Ministry of Social Empowerment and Justice.
Umang School (Education and Research Centre for the Hearing Impaired) is part of Shrimad Rajchandra Seva Kendra. The school is currently housed in premises given by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
Currently the Centre provides educational services to 150 children free of cost through its school and resource centre.

The school operates on the defining principle that learning is an ongoing intrinsic part of life. As our name suggests, we strongly feel that learning should be a joyous experience for all. We strive to make learning a pleasure and everyday a joy for the children. It is our endeavor to create a non-threatening environment, which encourages the child to explore and learn and constantly expand his horizon.
